        He researched and improved on its formula. He was able to change all substances of the formulation and created an entirely new one. This new product formula became a perfect oil enhancer that significantly reduces carbon emission to a very minimal quantity, almost zero!

        Eureka! It is a unique kind of product of a first mover company that is the solution!   On September 24, 2011 Alvarez entered The Filipino Inventor Society and two years after became its Chairman.  That same year in Quezon City, he won an award as Best Invention at the Investors Exposition Week in Quezon City. He earned the same award in 2012 and 2013 – a three consecutive year winner that qualified him as a Hall of Famer. The categories of the Best Invention awards were best in sales and best product. In 2014, at the Invention and New Product Exposition (INPEX), he won a Gold medal with almost 900 investors all over the world vying for that honor.

        Inventors were considered as heroes in the February 2017 edition of the Heroes and Heroes of our Times published as a coffee book sponsored by Inquirer. This book contains the profiles of leaders of the Philippines in various categories and their profiles.  Dennis C. Alvarez as an inventor was featured on that book.

      PB-USA Projects :  Getting to know the towns in Pangasinan, its association leaders and members who share a common desire to improve the plight of our kabaleyans in no small measure was the call of the day that January of 2016. We called it Meet and Greet of like-minded Pangasinenses. There were 14 towns represented namely; Bani (BPAC), Dagupan City (DCCSC), Calasiao (CASC), Bayambang (BASC), Urdaneta (TGU and TOU), Mangatarem (AMOR), Mapandan, Lingayen, Alaminos City, San Carlos City (San Carlenians), Alcala (Alcalenians), Asingan, Binalonan.

    In early 2016, Project Manager (PM) EVP Neil Estrada visited patients with medical conditions or disability at their home and provided comfort and joy to them in cooperation with other Fil-Am organizations, kabaleyans and friends.

      Dennis C. Alvarez, founder and CEO of Inventsol Global Technologies, Inc. Philippines is from Bayambang, Pangasinan and became the first inventor from Pangasinan whose products has reached the American market this year.  Another scion of Pangasinense, Jacqueline Ferrer, Vice President of America Pacific Container Line, Inc. based in Long Beach, CA has helped Alvarez’s new company find its way to the US shores. Pangasinan Brotherhood USA, Inc. has given Dennis C. Alvarez a Certificate of Achievement Award on March 18, 2017 at the Marriott Hotel, Long Beach on the occasion of the induction and coronation of the Bayambang Association of Southern California.  The commendation of his patented discoveries on green environmental oil-enhancing products that saves FUEL, saves ENGINE, and saves the EARTH.

     “Necessity is the mother of all inventions,” Dennis Alvarez quoted a famous saying in the industry. This is what motivated him to pursue and improve and find a solution to the present issue of climate change and air pollution.

       Alvarez a CPA professional and an MBA graduate of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila manages companies and a financial consultant. He was a professor in De La Salle University and lectures in various Philippine universities.  He was marketing another Filipino invention,

    On August 23-27, 2016,  PB-USA, Fil-Am Chamber of Commerce South East Corridor and Olympia Awards visited Pangasinan cities and towns as follows: Sual - to see the business opportunities there including the development of the Port of Sual; Bolinao - to see the padas production and salt  making factory; Lingayen, to see the agamang and monamon production ; San Carlos City and part of Calasiao - to see the mango orchard and processing of dried mangoes; Laoac – to see Gawad Kalinga Namnama Village 2, a low-cost housing project for the indigent families like the Habitat for Humanity of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter.; Binmaley – to visit the bangus farm and processing ; Manaoag - to visit the Cathedral of Our Lady of Manaoag ; Villasis - to see Namnama Village 1 in Barangay Piaz and the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
